At Golf Sales Store, we stand behind the quality of our golf equipment and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • The item must not be listed as non-returnable (see below)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Golf Grips (once removed from packaging)
  • Used Golf Clubs (including drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, and iron sets)
  • Opened Packages of Club Cleaning Products

Custom or personalized items (such as specific Country Putter Head Covers by Headkase) may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring your return.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We will cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • International Returns: Customers outside the UK are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request what item you would like as an exchange
  3. We will ship the replacement item once we receive and process your return
  4. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your golf equipment arrives damaged or defective:
