Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our golf equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) must be provided
- Item must not be on our non-returnable list (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Golf Grips (once removed from packaging)
- Used Golf Clubs (including drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, and iron sets)
- Opened Packages of Club Cleaning Products
- Custom or personalized items (such as specific Country Putter Head Covers by Headkase) unless damaged or defective upon arrival
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact Us – Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and return details
- Receive Authorization – We’ll respond within 24 hours (weekdays) with an RMA number and return instructions
- Package Your Item – Securely repack in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Ship Your Return – Send to our address (provided in RMA email) using a trackable service. We recommend insurance
- Inspection & Processing – We’ll inspect within 3-5 business days of receipt and process your refund/exchange
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping
- Change of Mind: Customer responsible unless due to our error
- International Returns: Customer responsible for all return shipping and customs fees
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request what item you’d like as an exchange
- We’ll ship the replacement once we process your return
- If exchanging for a higher-value item, you’ll need to pay the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your golf equipment arrives damaged or defective:

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
- For urgent issues with golf clubs or electric trolley parts, we may ship replacements immediately
